Bring your girlfriends, sisters , daughters, mothers! Come and learn all about triathlon with our friendly (and very affordable) intensive 4 week program designed to get you ready for your first tri at Triathlon Pink at Chandler. The program costs $50 for 4 weeks and INCLUDES your entry into Triathlon Pink! All sessions are run from the Clem Jones Centre Pool Complex and include swim, ride and run sessions each week. We often hear from ladies that they would like to give triathlons a go but sometimes feel intimidated to take the first step. Come and check out Team T-Rex! We want to encourage more participation in the sport we love from mums, daughters, grand daughters, sisters, nieces, friends etc. Spread the word and come along and give it a go. No experience necessary! The sessions will be coached by qualified coaches with many years of experience both coaching and racing. The coaches will guide you through the skills you need to either take on your first race, get a PB or just get fit.

Females in Training (FIT) is Canberra’s unique, not-for-profit community based group for women of all ages & abilities who want to enjoy safe, non-judgmental sports training and exercise in a supportive and fun atmosphere. The club offers weekly coached and uncoached training sessions in all triathlon disciplines with FIT’s qualified swimming, running, water running and cycling coaches providing advice and training programs for beginners and novices through to advanced athletes.
