Trifocus caters to all level of triathletes. We have a kids specific 8 week training program starting on 16 October 2019. To introduce and develop children with their triathlon skills and fitness (kids run squad held in term 3 starting 1 Aug 2019) . We have an adults swim squad on Monday nights and this caters to all levels (Terrey Hills) and adults run squad Friday mornings (St Ives). Average Joes (and Josephines) Triathlon Club is the home of a rag-tag bunch of triathlon lovers in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. Their group consists of athletes of all levels, from beginners and just starters, all the way up to distinctly average performers. Average Joes enjoy getting together to train, swap advice and drink ridiculously small coffees of a morning. They operate as a “for-all” club and wholly welcome new members. Girls Like Us is a women’s only triathlon community based in Perth. Our aim is to create a welcoming, non judgmental environment for all women to participate in triathlon. We run beginners sessions where all abilities and fitness levels are welcomed and catered for! Most importantly, we are women who aim to empower and motivate other females, and understand the true potential of Girls Like Us. Our courses aims to provide you with a comprehensive overview of how best to tackle this sport, how to manage your body through training and racing and above all, how to have fun and enjoy this sport during and after the course!
We really like to focus on good training and technique benefit as all of our sessions are deliberately designed around loops, circuits or time based, no one is left behind or left waiting for others. Davey Black Triathlon offer beginner or advanced triathlon fitness options for all levels of ability. We have our own personal Fitness Studio for spin, strength and yoga and our training sessions are a fun and relaxed way to get a taste of swim, bike, run, and gym work in one easy package.
Our sessions are held around Albert Park, Elwood, Elsternwick and South Yarra. Every session is carefully designed by Performance Coach Steve to ensure every individual of any fitness level is catered for, and no-one is ever left behind. We understand work and family life balance, and we pride ourselves on creating programs that fit around your life that still get you the best results.
We often hear from ladies that they would like to give triathlons a go but sometimes feel intimidated to take the first step. We are very excited to announce the introduction of a ladies only session on Saturday mornings. The session will be for 2 hours – 6.30am – 8.30am. We are hoping to encourage more participation in the sport we love from mums, daughters, grand daughters, sisters, nieces, friends etc. Spread the word and come along and give it a go. No experience necessary! The sessions will be coached by qualified coaches with many years of experience both coaching and racing. The coaches will guide you through the skills you need to either take on your first race, get a PB or just get fit. This is a weekly SHOT (short hit of training) designed to progress your ability and confidence weekly. Located at the Sport Super Centre, Runaway Bay.
