Introducing Race Rewards

Race more, earn more – it’s that simple.

Race Rewards is our athlete loyalty program designed to give back to the community that powers our events. Every time you purchase an event entry or official merchandise, you automatically earn points – no sign‑up required.

Earn points for every dollar spent, plus bonus points for engaging with us on social media. Every 1,000 points unlocks a $10 voucher you can use toward any future race or merchandise.

The more you race, the more you earn. Join us across Queensland and Australia, collect points as you go, and turn your racing journey into real rewards.

How It Works

Earn Points Automatically

Race Rewards uses a simple, transparent points‑per‑dollar system.

  • Every $1 spent = 4 points (e.g., Spend $100 → Earn 400 points)
  • Follow us on social media = 500 bonus points
  • Every 1,000 points unlocks a $10 voucher Use it on any future event entry or official merchandise from The Event Crew.

How Do You Redeem Your Points

  • Complete a purchase and earn Race Rewards points.
  • Return for a future purchase and open the Race Rewards widget (or loyalty page).
  • Sign in using the same email address used for the original purchase.
  • Redeem available points for a discount code.
  • Apply that discount code during checkout.
  • ** Race Rewards are not available to use during offline purchases (ie. merchandise bought at events)
